For over 20 years, I have worked with dedication and expertise in the care sector. As a qualified nurse, former nursing manager, and experienced care consultant, I understand the many challenges that people in need of care and their families face in everyday life.
From my own experience, I understand both the emotional strain and the enormous bureaucratic hurdles that come with providing care. This broad experience allows me to view care situations holistically, guide those affected through the maze of care insurance regulations, and set up care arrangements tailored to individual needs.
My motivation is to give family caregivers real relief, help overcome obstacles with applications or care-level assessments, and enable those affected to live a dignified, well-supported life in their familiar surroundings for the long term.
